Purchased a iFit rower for wife for Christmas. It was missing parts, mainly the power adapter, the very heart of the rower. For nearly for more than a month, now, I’ve been trying to get customer service at iFit to respond — three phone calls, three emails and four in-depth reports directly to customer service. No response. What response I did get a joke.

CS acknowledged it received my information — four times, case [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] — and reported it hoped included articles would help: One story told how to track an order, another if emails address was used and what to do and another about how to log into a fitness program. Nothing, however, what to do about missing parts, which was emphasized in all 10 correspondents. Like I said, going a month and no response from iFit. And, the rower simply sits in the family room. It was suggested by a rec center owner that maybe iFit — representing Nordictrack, Pro-Form and Weider — had so many complaints with Christmas purchases it simply can’t respond in a timely manner, like maybe a week or two, but not going on a month?

At this point I’ve given up n iFit, headquartered in Logan, Ut. Have the option of drive the 90 miles to iFit or simply buying a power cord ($30) and jerry rigging other missing parts. Or, better yet, driving the 90 miles and dumping the useless rower on its doorstep. This has been very frustrating and hope this note stops others from experiences the same frustrations with an inept company.

Desired outcome: Get iFit to respond

The equipment NordicTraqck VU19. NTEX76918.5) arrived with a broken piece, so it is useless. I called them and they do not have the part available, and they told me that if return the machine I have to pay$250 plus 10% for fees.
