Born to Move

Born to Move, LLC hit my motorcycle in the parking lot. I got a picture of them doing it. They tried to drive away and act like nothing happened. If you damage someone's property, own up to it. When backing up a big truck, use a spotter or get out and look.

I used Born To Move for my move from MA to . They said they had insurance and would secure furniture, but they didn't wrap half our things and some got damaged. I sent photos and tried to contact them, but they haven't responded. I called the insurance companies on their website, but they're not registered. They won't compensate me for the damage and haven't returned my calls or emails. I called from a different number and they lied about calling back. I called and emailed many times, but they won't take responsibility. I wonder if they're even insured! Proof is uploaded - table leg is broken, exercise machine is destroyed, couch has holes, patio set is scratched, bookshelf is broken, and chair is torn.

Great experience! My neighbor recommended them. My move was local, only about 3 miles away. They were on time and easy to talk to. They wrapped up furniture that needed it and everything arrived without any problems. I thought it would cost more, but it was cheaper than I thought. Overall, a great company. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Born to Move, LLC. (BTM) moved us from Cambridge, MA to Miami, FL. They didn't load all our stuff and didn't offer any alternative. They broke some of our things, but we didn't care. They wanted more money for storage and loading the rest of our stuff. Hurricane Dorian was coming, so I had to go back to Cambridge, load the rest of our stuff, and drive it to Miami. Don't use BTM, they're not honest. Don't pay until everything is loaded and delivered. They say they're military, but they don't act like it. Shame on them for leaving us behind. They shouldn't wear the uniform or use it for business. It's disgraceful.
