I contract for services in 5/2019. I was scheduled for ultherapy and it was successful. I was then scheduled for volume 4 treatments. I was told that should be enough. I had 3 treatments, calling that my base. I was never able to get further treatments calling the Raleigh office for follow ups and told if they had opening they could not leave me a message I would have to pick up the phone. I was never called from Raleigh. I called the Durham location for treatments they said they could do the fillers there, but had no openings. In Jan, I called for a refund, I was told no refunds. I went to the Raleigh location to discuss my options. We work our I thought options and treatment to start again. But that never happened. They made appointments for May 2020. That never happened they canceled. My contract says my treatment to be completed in 3 months of contract date. That has not happened. I have written BBB and Attorney general, they have suggested small claims court since I have made many attempts to resolve this issue with no satisfaction. Rhonda Bailey Remchak

During my consultation I agreed to pay a $1, 041.50 deposit. I agreed to use their financing service and WAS NOT TOLD THAT ALL OF THIS WOULD BE CHARGED IN FULL. They took another $4, 500.00 from the lending company after telling me I was just making a deposit. I had HALF of the treatments and it HURT SO BAD! Do not let them lie to you, it HURTS for at least 1 1/2 weeks. It ripped up my skin giving me a bleeding rash and was traumatic enough to trigger 3 days of migraines. THEY REFUSE TO TERMINATE MY CONTRACT and refund the money for the services that HAVE NOT BEEN RENDERED YET! They are liars and swindlers. They will not care about you at all as a person, they just want your money even if they didn't earn it.

Nightmare started when I was contacted by a sales person. She came up with a list of procedures that included Botox, 2 different fillers, and Ultherapy. I questioned the Ultherapy, and asked if Botox could be used around lips, chin and jowls. She informed me that Botox was only for the eyes and up, the fillers, and Ultherapy were for below the eyes. So I signed their contracts, and paid in full for membership, and procedures. Since I've never had any of these procedures, the next morning I googled what results to expect from Botox. Up until that point I was like a kid at Christmas, I was soooo excited. Then I saw all of the pictures of uses around the lips, chin and jowl area. I didn't have to call them, they were burning my phone up that morning wanting to get me in for the procedures. I explained what happened, and that I wanted a refund for the Ultherapy because I was lied to. I was told that a manager would have to contact me. I had this same conversation with a total of 3 associates that day, and each said the same thing. No manager to this day (5 days later), have contacted me. I called the corporate office, left a 4 minute detailed message, with my phone number for someone to contact me. As of today (5 days later), no one from corporate has contacted me. I sent a certified letter on day 2, demanding a full refund of over $4, 000. I have contacted my bank to dispute the funds on the bases of fraud, and unethical practice. We shall see if this post gets anyone's attention, or if this is their normal method of business. I have a serious problem with someone lying, and cheating me, and then allow them to stick needles and chemicals in my face.
I received a call today from a blocked number, of which I didn't answer. It was a regional manager finally contacting me. She said the clinic was closed today, but that she would contact me tomorrow. No contact number was left, and she mentioned that if I had contacted corporate like I said I did, that they would have contacted her. So now she wants to act as if I'm the liar. I will continue to leave reviews about this company On ever site I find

My initial consultation was done via video due to Covid . The girl who did my consultation not only lied about result expectations but she was wrong about which areas I was a candidate for the coolsculpting . We agreed on upper abs, lower abs and inner thighs. She was also the person who priced out my loan amount with Ally lending. Turned out she was incorrect as when I saw the dr at Ideal image in North Andover, she said my inner thighs were not a candidate for cool sculpting. So I paid for two areas that could not be done. Since September 2020 I have been trying to get refunded for the unused treatments since it wasn't my fault that the loan included areas that could not be treated. I have called EVERY week and still nothing. The office I received treatment in says that my refund was approved by them on November 9 2020, but I cannot get anyone in corporate to call me back to actually get the refund. Weekly calls with not even one courtesy of a reply . On top of all this it was a complete waste of almost $4000 . The girl who did my consultation said I would only need one treatment in each area and stated any areas that needed a second treatment would be included in the lifetime guarantee . LIES AGAIN . The Dr told me the treatments I paid for I would only lose 25% of my fat and would need more treatments, and guess what.. the-treatments are not free they are at discounted prices. I'm totally disgusted with the lies told to me to get me to take a loan on these treatments, as well as the complete lack of customer service I have received . So since I have gotten no where with ideal image, I will be contacting a LAWYER today for a FULL refund . If anyone else is interested in being part of a class action law suit, please write your experience and details on what you want included in this lawsuit to me so I can get you included in the lawsuit. This company is robbing people blind and they need to be held accountable and pay us back our hard earned money. I'm also contacting the better business bureau as soon as I finish writing this.

I was basically forced in to signing a contract. I reached out within days to cancel. I found d out I was pregnant. I contacted them November 24th to cancel and just got a call back today January 20th and Casey Weisz informed me they would cancel my contract through Ally lending but I would still be responsible for paying Ideal Inage for services I didn't have nor will I have for atleast a year probably longer with breast feeding. Absolutely unbelievable. I filed a claim with BBB and will get this story out everywhere with great detail. There is absolutely NO reason that contract can't be canceled other than this is a greedy horrible outfit.

I was interested in laser hair removal, at the end of October 2020. One contract says you are entitle to a refund, while they state the other one don't. This is very misleading to the public. They are asking you to pay for service never received. How is that possible if you never set foot in any of their office, never received any service. They take money form Alley loan knowing you don't want their service and say you have to pay for it. The request to cancel was made not even a hour after hanging up the phone. I paid a deposit of $500.00 I request a refund and was told not only was I not getting a refund but I still have to pay for service that I didn't received? Alley loan states all they have to do is to canceled the loan and return the money which they refused to do. So what happen to that money?

I scheduled an appointment over the phone and had a Zoom consultation due to COVID. When I signed a contract with ALLY and Ideal Image, I was on the phone with the representative. It took about 5 minutes, if that. It was 4 days later, I had a serious financial blow happen to me in regards to a custody battle with my EX. He broke the law again, and I had to pay my lawyer close to $6, 000 to take him back to court for the protection of my son. Ideal Image had no mercy. I have had zero treatments. My appointment is scheduled for 08/18/20. I was begging, pleading, crying to anyone that could help, but all they wanted to do was negotiate with how many treatments I would get with Cool Sculpting in order to still get money out of me. A representative told me to call ALLY Lending and tell them that they will be taking over the bill. When I did this, the man on the phone told me they are notorious for this, don't let them take over the bill, and allow him to make a cancellation claim. He told me he made the claim and they will have to pay them back the money or they will take it without permission after a certain amount of days. When I told the representative that, she is still telling me that I have a contract with them that needs satisfied and they need to take over the ALLY loan and if they don't they will not pay ALLY back. The only person that I have trusted during this entire situation is the representative from ALLY Funding. I am not going to Creve Couer, MO and getting this treatment done. ALLY Funding is going to call and get proof that I have not had any services done by Ideal Image and will request the money to be returned. I need help. This is completely crooked and every time I speak to this representative from Ideal Image, she changes the amount of treatments they need me to get with Cool Sculpting. Someone... HELP!

Please reframe from doing business with company! They take your money! They don't follow up with you nor do they schedule your first visit within 2 weeks! It be weeks and months according to my experience and other reviews! The staff is nice enough to get your money! Then they treat you like [censored]! They will not refund any deposits nor monies! I've had the worst experience with them! They sold me the product but never followed up with me on any questions I had. The contract was completely wrong! I've called, sent emails, and contacted them on all social media outlets! Still no reply! I had to take off work and go to their buckhead location, still no results! I threaten to call the police and all of a sudden the manager magically was available to talk! She still wasn't able to refund my money or resolve anything! She did advised someone from customer care will and refund me my money! Waited two days for someone to call me to only tell me they couldn't refund my money because I signed a contract. I advised the contract that I originally signed doesn't have my deposit in there and it's wrong! So we go through numerous of contracts that were sent and the contract she has doesn't matches mine! How ironic! Not only that, I went back in my email to view all contracts after we spoke and they expired! All of sudden I can't view either contracts that were sent and the contract she has doesn't matches mine! How ironic! But i'm glad I printed off the original contract to show discrepancies on their end! So now, they advised their it team will look into it to make sure fraud or anything else did not happen! This company is full [censored]! Don't do it! It's people been waiting months and still no appointment but they are still signing people up and taking their money!

Today I found out how money hungry and thrives some places are. So I signed up for a service from Ideal Image. I was suppose to make a down payment that I did. It finish doing. Only to find out that these thieves went into my account to take out payments that was for my service which I did not do. Please whatever you guys do. Don't do any business with Ideal Image.

I went for a consultation for coolsculping for my chin and I was told that day that I would see excellent results that my skin would tighten and my fat underneath my chin would be gone I was also told that I paided for 2 rounds of treatment and only received 1 round of treatment and after 90 days I have not seen any significant difference. I called a few times expressing my disappointment and was told would get call back from a regional manager and that never happened

I am highly upset and agree with you ladies. Ideal Image is a RIP off. The company and consultants are falsely advertising their products and laser removal. Before I signed up I ask the sales woman "what if it doesn't work do I still qualify for treatments? Are these extra treatments included in the price?" The consultant explain to me and my boyfriend at the time that if hair starts to grow back that extra treatments are available at no cost. How I know because I asked the woman several times if there is a extra cost when the hair grows back. She also tells me this is a lifetime guarantee contact. All lies again. In fact you do have to pay more out of pocket. Plus before I received my last treatment. I waited to see if the hair will grow back. Of course it did. Especially my upper lip and chin area. I'm very disappointed in Ideal Image.

I purchased the 5 session bbl light therapy because I was informed it would remove dark spots, even my skin tone, and reduce redness. After the third treatment I complained that it was causing dark patches on my skin. No medical physician looked at my skin but I was told they would provide a lightening cream after all my treatments were complete. After the fourth treatment my skin was not getting better and this rejuvenation treatment was actually making me look older! They said they would refund me for the last unused treatment but I was never paid. They did provide a lightening cream but it did absolutely nothing to correct the damaged skin. I called repeatedly to find out the status of the refund and was told their lawyers should have emailed me a docusign form to start the process and they would look into it. I still have not heard from anyone. They also said they would ask their physician about a different cream but I have not heard back on this either.

This is only one of a list of problems I have with this company.
