Ideal Image

I was given a gift certificate for botox treatment at Ideal Image two years ago. The first treatment seemed to be overkill. I was told by doctors and other 'botox experts' that on average, treating the forehead and around the eyes should require no more than 30-35 units. They used more the 75.

Yet, I still had to call to let them know it was not working. They had me come in and had to inject more. To be honest, I do not believe it is Botox. I believe they tell you that but use other injectables.

After they made the attempt to make it right, I used them again 6-8 months later. Same thing happened. It simply did not work like other placed I have been to. The effects of the treatment when done at Ideal Image simply do NOT LAST.

I stupidly tried a third time. This time I questioned the number of units. They insisted that a forehead needs 70-80 units. I checked again with many people and was told that is unheard of.

Anyway, Had them inject me again December 1. Here we are 60-75 days into treatment and wrinkles are coming back. The Ideal Image treatments DO NOT LAST. AT least not like other places I have been.

On top of that, trying to use the $250 certificate for being a "member' is next to impossible. And the useless crap/treatments you are allowed to use the certificate toward, are just that - crap.

Last treatment I felt like two kids were playing plastic surgeon with my face.

I left them a message complaining that my $550 treatment should last much longer than 60-75 days. I heard nothing back from them.

The operation seems intent on only making money and not pleasing clients.

So signed up and paid through their credit card for hair removal. This was in 2016 around june, was supposed to be 18 months period for full treatment. Come 2019 I was still going for treatment with very little change. Then I decided this is fake and not worth the pain. Had a balance of $1200 on the credit card. They sold my account to some bill collectors and reported a balance of over $3700. Was sued too.
