I would like a refund
I had a consultation on 12/6. No one called me to set up an appointment at the Stamford ct store. (I was promised they would call me within 48 hours) I called them and they said their technicians are out sick due to COVID so I will have to call back Dec22nd. At that point it will be too late to get my treatment because I wanted it for a trip I am going on in January.
Vivian, my consult lady never checked with the Stamford store she just took my payment in full ($2700.00) telling me I had to do it that evening to get the discount (which isn't true)
There was a DocuSign agreement I was coerced to sign and "could wait" because if I called back she said the deal would be gone. I believed her. ☹️ Please refund my money. I will provide the document I signed too.
