June 4th I went to a resort in Cancun called Secrets, in the invite to “see” the hotel I was sold what it seemed to be a good deal to vacationing so I signed up for their vacation packages, the company name is unlimited vacations, I ask before signing their contracts many questions that then I realized were lies, my mistake was not to read the agreement trusting the Company that is part of the Hyatt, when I realized about their lies, because they don’t give you access to see the benefits yourself until much later, first I was told I’ll see them in 5 days, then 9 days, they didn’t let me see anything until much, much later, you are given an account to the World of Hyatt to log in, but you don’t get to see anything of value like trying to plan a next vacation, they don’t tell you that the 14 nights I was given could turn into 7 nights or leas depending in the hotel, I was told fee’s would not go higher than 3% a year, it was a lie, it’s US CPI plus 3%, which I realized when I started reading the agreement, it was a big blow on my face trusting the Hyatt, I called to cancel the moment I realized I was lied to, I called Vacations Unlimited explained what happened, they talk to me about the “benefits” which I had to tell them every time I didn’t want, I only wanted to cancel, I was told I’ll get a call back, it was a Friday, by Monday no call, Tuesday Nothing, I called again and was told I was left a message, not true, I was given a name, Julian Pat that would call me back, again, no call, then I tried again, i called and was told I was sent an email about my compliant, again not true, left another message and was finally called back by Julian, I explained everything again and the email and call backs were not true, I received other calls and emails from them with no issues, at the end, Julian laughed at me because I signed the agreement, I hung up on him when he called me a lier due to a conversation I had when I called Hyatt corporate because I was not getting responses ,I spent 27 minutes talking to a Lady that denied knowing the company Unlimited Vacations, then she said it was a company that sold vacation packages fpr Hyatt and they were using Hyatt’s name, so I said then how they opened an account at the World of Hyatt if they were not part of Hyatt, at that point the lady at the Corporate offices said she’ll give me a case number, all the sudden the call went dead, so I explained that to Julian and he said I was lying because the Hyatt bought them 2 years ago, I called Corporate again, and talked to a lady named Gina, she knowledge that Unlimited Vacations was part the Hyatt and opened a case for me and she’ll send it to Unlimited Vacations for resolution, I told her that I didn’t want to deal with Unlimited Vacations any longer, they made fun of me and called me a lier, I wanted someone from Hyatt to step in, I got a case number and of course went to unlimited vacation, I had already talked to my credit card company and disputed the charge, they sent a letter to my credit card, no response to me at all and ended up getting a partial credit and charged 8,400 dollars for staying at their property that I never asked for, I had already paid and staying at another resort so I didn’t need to stay there, they insisted and were so nice that I accepted, part of what I signed, unknown to me, if I cancel because my own doing, that I’ll have to pay for the stay, again, I fell in their trap because I was so stupid to trust the name Hyatt, they have still not called me, it’s all planned and Hyatt seems to be in it, you are lied to even of you asked questions, you are only given 5 days to cancel that I didn’t know until I read the agreement, you are not given access earlier because I’m sure people would realized that have been screwed, the benefits are not what they tell you ate, and the Hyatt plays dumb, it’s a shame that the Hyatt is allowing people to be scammed , even to be the point that they (Vacations Unlimited ) ask you not to accept calls that are not from them, normally has their name on the call, when I was called, twice, by Julian, the area code was 610 and no identifying information , ALL IS PLANNED, be aware, do not trust them, I sent them another communication to Hyatt’s investors email and no answer, I tried before their corporate and customer service , I will continue to expose them everywhere, even going public if necessary, the Hyatt cannot get away with ignoring what one of their Companies is doing, I even contacted their ethics department to find out is only for their own employees use, in conclusion, they expect you to sign because of their name, and then you get screwed, legally, I got screwed, but people need to know that the Hyatt is part of a scam.

Desired outcome: Credit me back the stay I did not ask for!
