Purchased at a big box store in
2024 (Never again).
It functioned properly then failed to start after 10 hours max use.
Spark plug insulation failed and shocked my wrist.
Threw some parts at it figuring it was normal care as this was my first new gas trimmer.
Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this brand.
Then I read about fires occurring and I’m glad mine failed.
