This Land

I can't cancel my membership without talking to their customer service, and I can't delete my credit card info from their website. I asked many times to cancel, but they still charged me. I had to tell my bank that it was a fake charge. Finally, customer service contacted me, but they didn't cancel my membership. They tried to give me a credit for their product instead. It's too hard to cancel a subscription. If I can sign up online, I should be able to cancel online too. Instead, I'm stuck until they decide to help me.

I'm so done with Sunday, they straight up lied to me and I want my money back for their crappy service. I paid $126.62 for a whole year on 2/2822, but come 9 my Sunday delivery got messed up by some *** and I had to ask for a replacement. When I asked for a new delivery, I told them not to use *** anymore since they're unreliable. They said they wouldn't use them again, but guess what? They did. My second spray for 2022 was supposed to come between 6/27 to 7/4, but I still haven't gotten my Green *** shipment and it's way past the application dates. I don't want to use it anymore since it's not the right time. On 6/23/22 Sunday told me my Green *** order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. But when I checked, it said the label was printed but the item wasn't received. And even though I told them not to use ***, they still did. So I wrote to Sunday on 7/3/22 to complain that my 6/23/22 order hadn't shipped. Then on 7/23/22, Bernalynne V. told me my package was lost in transit. But how can it be lost if *** never got it? Are they really that bad at logistics? And then Bernalynne V. said they'd send me a replacement, but it's now 7/8/22 and nothing's been shipped. This is way past the application dates, and it's not the first time Bernalynne V. has lied to me. I don't want any more "store credit" or empty promises. I want my money back for my subscription.
