They took my money and won't send my seeds. They won't answer any kinda contracts. $92.75 for order #

Ordered plants from Caribbean Garden seed on May 18, paid $22.79 by credit card, and haven't received the plants. I have called three times and emailed twice and I received no reply or response. The order number:

I placed an order on 6/9 and was told product would ship in 2 days. I still haven't received my order and they won't respond to my emails. I tried calling but the number on the website isn't good. I want my product or a full refund! This company needs shutdown because this isn't the first issue I know of now.

I ordered seeds from this company on April 12th. Almost two weeks have gone by and I have not received a shipping confirmation meaning this order has not even been processed but I have certainly been billed. I wish I had seen their one star reviews on Google before I made this purchase. I have attempted to contact the vendor and no response.

I purchased products (seeds) from this company. I received a tracking number but the tracking site says that the label was created but USPS has not received the items. I have not yet received the products I purchases and have made numerous attempts to contact this company but they are not responding. They are continuing to make social media posts so I know that there is at least some sort of person working.

ordered product Sept 2019/ after more than 6emails requesting either shipping info or refund ..I only rcvd 1 response stating ..get back to you...nvr happened..would like an immediate refund of 30.83 / their inv #*** // this company has NO sense of customer service...while repeated requests for info goes unanswered ..they still send me emails on items on sale or items they think I should purchase...REALLY!

See uploads for detailed information. Business doesn't answer inquiries about orders and when they'll be shipped, even after trying multiple email addresses. Forget trying to call. But the orders show that they are "fulfilled", which must mean that they have the money and that's that. All I want is my money back, even though I think this is a scam and probably should be prosecuted. Or they are just bad at customer service.

Package of 10 Yellow scotch bonnet pepper seeds from order *** confirmed on May 2 and delivered on May 23 had zero germination. Under identical conditions other scotch bonnet seeds from our last years seeds did fine. Seeds were bad. Zero germination though owner claimed his father runs a large farm in Jamaica with numerous pepper varieties. Several emails and phone calls with messages left on answering machine have had no response.

I ordered two different types of seeds, 50 yard long seeds, and 30 purple Mart yardlong seeds. The arrived with bugs in the package with the seeds. Worst part bugs were alive, and seeds had holes in them. Sent several emails with no response. Called and left message regarding my disappointment requesting seeds be resent. I look forward to ComplaintsBoard.com investigating this company, honestly I didn't loose much money as others have. a company should answer for issues there customers have I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help.

I have ordered seeds from this company, when I placed the order I was told the order would go out in 2 business days. My order is still not been filled and no one from this company will answer my calls, emails or messages on their website. Also they have already charge me me and I have paid for what I have ordered. My order# *** with this company. I have even asked for a refund but still no one will answer back. In doing research Caribbean Garden seed company has done this to several other people.

Placed order 4/9. Ship label created/*** charged 4/10.Contacted seller 4/19 as *** still had not receive pkg. Contacted *** 4/21 & 4/24 who in turn contacted seller. No response from seller until 4/27 stating items on way (Pkg was originally to arrive 4/21-28).Contacted seller again on 4/28 with no response. *** did not deliver until 5/1. Out of 8 "live" plants, 6 were merely sticks w/no roots or dead roots. The other 2 had sickly, limp, yellowing roots. Have contacted both *** to refund money and have received a RMA shipping label. After checking ComplaintsBoard.com, I find this company is not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited & 50% of complaints are for nonshipment, poor quality items, or incorrect items. This company has in my opinion has extremely poor (nonexistent) customer service as they were totally unresponsive to both my contacting them as well as *** contacting them.

I placed an order for live pepper plants on April 23rd. As of Friday May 7th (2 weeks) the plants have not shipped and numerous attempts at communication via phone, email and *** resolutions have not been returned. Being live garden vegetable plants means that there is a very short window of opportunity to get these plants int the ground in order for them to be able bear fruit before fall. Waiting weeks on end for shipping is not acceptable. I have no plants, and the business will not communicate with me to refund my money or arrange shipment. A quick search here at ComplaintsBoard.com and several internet consumer complaint sites show that this business regularly takes weeks or months to ship items, and often never ships them at all, or ships the wrong items and is hard, if not impossible to contact. My experience thus far is following this arc. That is, unreturned calls and emails and no items shipped in a timely manner or communication regarding shipping.
