It all started with a local dealer. Spent 15k to install shades for the whole house.
He promised me he would take care of me. Turned out to be a joke!
I contacted about one shade not working to the dealer. He said he cannot help as he doesn’t have installers. I then contacted going thru hoops of voice mail and AI !
Finally a guy took pity on me and told me he would ship a new motor to install. The installer trained by Hunter Douglas came 4 times. Now I am in a mess. The new motor doesn’t work. If I hit open, it closes and vice versa!
Closes only half! Complained HD again and again and again!
Finally this guy tells me that it is out of warranty and he did a FAVOR to me! FAVOR!
Now he is asking me to ship the shade despite his own installer recommended to install a new generation shade and be done with it!
This company stinks!
Very poor service! I am stuck with this mess!This whole mess has taken FOUR months!
Appreciate how to contact the CEO of this company before I go legal means.BTW HD has a video of this mess
