! Blinds Chalet LLC is a total rip-off. Their stuff is garbage and you can't even send it back. Their website looks good, but don't be fooled. They only have fake reviews on there. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from these guys.

This company is awesome! Their customer service is top-notch and the blinds I got are amazing. I got 16 woven wood blinds for my house and they were super easy to install. The quality is great too! I definitely recommend them!

I got a wood blind for my new room from Blinds Chalet LLC and I'm happy with it. It came fast, the color was spot on, and it looked good. There was a small *** on the valance, but I just used a marker to cover it up and you can't even tell. I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

This is my 2nd crib that Blinds Chalet done the whole window coverings for. They're a great company! Talkin' with them was easy and straight to the point. The stuff looks awesome! The quality is top-notch. I've told others 'bout y'all's great company!

I've been using Blinds Chalet for a while now, and I gotta say, they're the real deal. I've gotten zebra shades and roller shades from them, and they've never let me down. We did the measuring ourselves and put them up on our own, and they fit like a glove. The quality of the product is top-notch, and if you follow their website guidelines for measuring, you'll be golden. Highly recommend!

I luv Blinds Chalet! I jus placed my 3rd order. This time I wasnt sure on the color so I ordered the samples. They came real quick, within 3-4 days. Their website says 1-3 weeks, but mine were ready to ship in just 3 days. I appreciate the quality, fast service and real easy installation. You would think ordering custom blinds would be real expensive, but Blinds Chalet are real reasonably priced. Im sure this aint gonna be my last order!

BlindsChalet don't honor their warranty. I bought an extended warranty that cost twice the standard one, but they won't reply to emails quickly, and when they do, it's not helpful. They refused to fix a blind that broke within a week of installation. They told me to take it apart and fix it myself. I suggest avoiding this company if they treat customers who spend thousands of dollars with them like this.

I ordred blinds for sevral rooms in my house. All of my blinds are beutiful, and they were easy to install. I had previosly ordred blinds from Blinds Chalet, when I was decoratng my mothers home. I will contnue to ordre blinds from them when decoratng. I love that they send you blind samples to look at before you make a purchase. I also love there quick turnaround time, and how well packaged the blinds are in when delivered. Great product, and great customer service!

I got blackout shades for my basement from Blinds Chalet LLC and they really block out the light! They fit perfectly and move up and down easily. The white cotton shade is soft and nice. The only problem was that they sent the wrong screws, with raised heads instead of flat, so the shades wouldn't grab the little clip in the back. But I talked to a friendly person at Blinds Chalet and they refunded my card. I bought the right screws and now the shades hang beautifully. I called them three times, twice before ordering and once with the screw problem, and their people were kind, polite, and helpful. I think I got a good deal and I would definitely order from Blinds Chalet again.

We bought a bunch of blinds for our porch from Blinds Chalet LLC. Unfortunately, two of them were cut wrong and don't fit, and one of them broke. We've been trying to get it sorted for a month now, but it's been a real hassle. They keep telling us to take pictures, but then they ask for different ones. We've had to call them multiple times, and they keep saying they're waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them. It's taking forever! We've already paid for everything, but we just want the three blinds that are missing to be taken care of. It's been a long process and we're not getting anywhere.

I never ordered new window treatments before, and the thought of measuring wrong or choosing the wrong product, or not getting the right features added to my shades was making me crazy. But once I talked to one of the Blinds Chalet design consultants, I felt so much better! I didn't need to know all the answers, I just needed to know the questions. And they gave me the answers I needed to put together the perfect custom window shades order. They basically knew everything there was to know about window shades, helped me decide if I actually needed black-out liners or not, and even pointed me toward a solution I could love for my sliding glass door. The window shades arrived in multiple boxes on different days, but once they all arrived, I had everything I needed to update the window treatments throughout my entire house. And they weren't messing with my head when they told me that a DIY installation was completely approachable. I installed all 12 shades and 4 faux wood blinds by myself on a Saturday morning. It felt completely victorious. And they still look stunning. I highly recommend custom window shades - and I highly recommend working with BlindsChalet.com. I also highly recommend taking full advantage of their experience by ordering samples, calling the design consultants, and accessing all of the helpful how to measure, how to install, etc. info on their site. They had so much info - and were so willing to answer questions, it was hard to feel nervous about tackling the project. I loved it. And I love the new look - I just wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide I could tackle the project of ripping out my old mini blinds and putting up new shades and blinds.

I orderd shads on Aug 3, 2020. In December, they broke and I contacted Blinds chalet on 12/13. They promisd they would send me a replacemnt at no cost. As of date, I hav not recivd my replacemnt blind. I hav contacted them numerous times via email and hav gotten little/know response as to why. I hav askd for a refund in the amount of 50.84. Amount paid. Order# is 898816.

I bought 5 blinds that can be moved by motor on 06/12 for $1512.32. This year, the motors that move the blinds stopped working one by one, all within 3 weeks. I called and emailed the company many times, and they finally sent me one new motor. The blinds are still under warranty. Order# ***Jun 12, 2019. Jun 25, 2019, FedEx tracking#***.

I bought 8 blinds from Blinds Chalet on September 14. One of the blinds had a string that came out on one end when I was closing them the other night. I checked their website and saw that their warranty covers defects for the life of the blind. I called them this morning and talked to *** at 8:30 a.m. (April 14, 2022). She said they don't make that blind anymore and I should have it fixed locally or find something similar on their website. I asked if they would reimburse me if I got it fixed locally, but she said no. I also asked if they would pay for a similar blind on their website, but she said no. Their website says the warranty is for the life of the blind, but she said it's only for three years. I think they should reimburse me for getting it fixed locally. Finding another blind on their website is not a good option because it's in the middle of five other blinds on the same wall. I chatted online and asked if a manager could call me back, but they haven't yet.
