Customer support is unreachable. Products did not ship and there is no responce from business from email communication. Ordered multiple blinds and only one showed up. Only one box was shipped from the business. The order would have taken several boxes due to the size of the products.

They are impossible to contact by phone and do not respond to email. I will have to reverse charges on my card to remedy the issue!
