my name is Dolores Cantu, and i was just informed that www.hudfoureclosed.org has just taken $49.90 out of my account w/out knowing, and that I know of I did not give anyone permission to do so.And nowthey made me overdraft. I would like my $49.90 +$55.00 put back in my account asap the 55 is the ovdraft charge because of it. Could you give me a call at [protected]) to talk about it .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Who gave you permission to take $49.60 out of my account. I only did the trial for a $1.00. I cancelled in plenty of time before you should have charged my account for this amount. There is also an overdraft fee of $30.00 that you should be responsible to return to me also. This is ridiculous. Why take advantage of good people? Please refund as soon as possible - IMMEDIATELY! Thank you.
