Huddle House review: never answers the phone with repeated call every time I call

Our family has always loved huddle house and we eat there many times every month. The service there I have never understood because we call to place a order and no one ever answers. I call the business five times straight and no one ever answers the phone. It is just fustrating everytime we need to place a order, we have to go up there and wait for our order how ever long it takes. We are to the point where we just want eat there anymore because of the hassel. Thank you for your time.
