Huddle House review: Managers

We were in McRae Huddle House eating Saturday morning and watched the young lady that was cooking struggling trying to get orders out as fast as she could, at first we thought she was the only cook but then a guy came out front and seen that she had tickets lined up across the rack there had to be 12 or more tickets several of the ticket were very long the guy had on a huddle house shirt so I knew he worked there but didn't understand why he walked out front but then walked back to the back and never did he come out to get on the grill to help this young lady so I then asked out server who he was and she let me know he was the new manager I will say this any manager that does what we have seen him do doesn't need to be any kind of manager at all and if I knew the owner of this huddle house I would be informing him that we were there a few hours because we sat with family after we ate and there was another lady that had come in that was some kind of higher person than a cook or server I never did ask who she was but her and the boy sat over in the corner when we once again watched this young lady get tickets across the rack and not once did they try to help her. I have to give the cook a thumbs up because she still got the food out in a reasonable time.
