Huddle House review: jennifer bradley

I was recently dining at the huddle house located in Inverness, Fl. The owner Jennifer Bradley did not want a void under her name on a changed order of mine and She was very rude and made the server I had pay for the meal and the void in the system out of her own money. They have cock roaches everywhere as well, she is rude, cussing and dirty. Went to use the restroom and roaches were crawling all over the floor and sink. No gloves were used preparing my salad as we watched a cook sneeze and not clean his hands. It was the worse experience we have had there. We found out she fired the server named Liyah Hernandez due to her being upset over having to pay out of her pocket for a messed up order that was not her fault but mine. She is an amazing worker and was the friendliest server we have had there.
