HSN review: I can’t understand

I am a 68 year old senior citizen. I have seen this host, Nicole Nichol on air several times. I have seen her state live on air “I know you get mad at me for talking fast” AND continued to talk fast. I CAN’T UNDERSTAND HER! When she is on air like today, April 19th with Chef Stone I will NOT order anything while she is on air! Shame on HSN! That’s one of the reasons you are loosing money. Listen to your LOYAL customers who spend thousands of dollars a year on HSN! She also comes off very arrogant. Slow her roll and act humble. It will serve her a long and successful career on HSN. I know I’m not the only customer to feel this way….otherwise she would have never admitted she talks too fast. Thank you for listening to me and your customer service center is AWESOME!
