HSN review: False advertising on the sale and also return policy

The original airing of this shoe featured continuous dialouge and a written screen advertisement for an additional discount using the word APRERECIATON at checkout. This was false becaue at check out you were told that this item was a Todays Special and therfore the discount did not apply. One could ony find this out after reading the fine print at the check out period when the discount was denied.
Duringing the entire the live broadcast, it was stated over and over that the shoe could be exchanged or refunded without cost to the consumer.
AGAIN FALSE ADVERTISING. There was no way to receive another exchange pair because it was sold out. They would not send a mailing label for a refund. You were stuck witht the shipping and handleing fees.
BEWARE OF HSN policy and procedures and false advertising.
The refund policy is a fraud.
