On 5/30/24, I purchased SKINN Blush in pink that came with a brush for $50. Order number 1966022584 and Item number 848262. I also bought another color SKINN blush in rose color without a brush.$ 26.00 Order number 1966022583 and item number 848750.
I understood you had to have the brush in order to Apply the blush on.
That is why I bought one blush with a brush and one without a brush.
I received two blushes and no brush with either one of the blushes. I was told to return the one that they mistakenly sent, and they would send me the one that I ordered. Order number 1966022584…Item number 848262. So I followed their instructions sent the original one back and then received the same wrong order a Blush with no brush. I had to also subscribe to autoship with this order, but I could never get the 1st order. I got the wrong merchandise twice.
I also understand that I’m going to be charged for returning the merchandise that I didn’t order that was sent to me mistakenly twice.
I called for a credit to my account and cancellation of the AutoShip since I’m unable to get the merchandise that I ordered. I went online and ordered the brush individually So I can use order number 1966022583 item 848750 and not have to send that back and I would be able to use it.
I sent a picture of the Item I ordered And never received …see below
Desired outcome: I want my account credited for the merchandise I Ordered and never received. And I do not want you to charge me for returning the items that I never ordered.

HSN has completely failed you, not once but twice, by sending the wrong item and then charging you for their mistakes. You’ve shown remarkable patience, but they need to get their act together. You deserve the products you ordered and not to be penalized for their errors. Keep demanding that they correct this immediately and refund any unnecessary charges. Make sure your voice is heard loud and clear. You deserve better service, and it's time they deliver on their promises. Stay strong and don't let them off the hook until they make it right.
