Regus review: Fraudulant creation of virtual office and theft of funds

Regus South Africa has created a fraudulent "virtual office" after I refused to give them my banking details to bill me for yet another "retainer". They then used thus fraudulent virtual office to steal money from my company bank account after I explicitly (and in writing) indicated that my banking details/card details will not be provided. They used a previous rental agreement to obtain my banking details and then loaded it on the fraudulently created virtual office. Rent at the time fully paid and up to date...

After I've brought this to their attention, they refused to delete the fraudulently created virtual office and they also refused to delete by banking details. Based on the other reviews that I've seen, this company seems due for a proper criminal investigation and shut-down.
