HP printers (HP Redemption Cell)not giving promotion free gift!

I have purchased the hp 1020 laser jet printer from the hp dealer with the assurance that after filling some requirements procedure i.e. {sending the draft of rs.250/- in favor of gurnazz kaur, integrated solutions pvt ltd, nehru place, new delhi along with the photocopy of the original bill/original sticker of the product serial no and redemption code} you may get the hp promotion gift.

But i have not received any acknowledgment either from the company about my draft any the gift product since more than one and half month has elapsed. I am very fad up of this whole things and fell got cheated. But i not leave the company in this way i have full documents with me and penalized the company in the criminal and as well as consumer court.

    HP is cheating people by making false commitment for providing offer. Even after six months, we are waiting for the offers.
    Now their mail box is full and even the mails are bounced back. It is totally fraud.

    I have purchased the Compaq deskstop on 6th.jan.09.Offer name -NOW OR NEVER OFFER OPTION. I have been waiting for my gift since two and a half months but I have not recived any gift from hp redemption cell. My file no-70319.     I agree with all of u. A company like HP is not supposed to cheat the customers, which they have done. So better way to punish them is to go to consumer forum first and also suggest our friends and relatives not to purchase any HP product.

    I have purchased a laptop from their authorized retailer at Indore.

    I was supposed to get HP WEBCAM, HP HEADSET, INTERNET DATA CARD ( WITH 2 MONTHS FREE USE OR ;RS 3500/; WHICHEVER IS EARLIER ].

    now their authorized dealers are ripping consumers by withholding this sort of info. this way they themselves receive these goods & consumer is doubly cheated. dealer sells to them expensive goods of other companies like I ball headset/headset etc when such things are already available.

    I NEVER THOUGHT THAT A COMPANY AS HP WILL DO SUCH THINGS & THUS I DIDN'T MADE THEM A PARTY IN A CONSUMER CASE DESPITE OBJECTIONS FROM THEIR OWN AUTHORIZED DEALOR.
    I WON AT DISTRICT & THEN AT STATE TOO.
    NOW I AM FILING A REVISION PETITION BEFORE NATIONAL COMMISSION IN NEXT 4-5 DAYS TIME.

    i purchased a hp pavilion laptop after christmas in 2008. i redeemed my product within jan 15. and also sent a dd worth 1499 as requested and i ve still not got a further notice or the status of my gift, i hold this mail as a formal complaint to the hp redemptions team and if i dont get a prompt reply i shall furnish further attempts to lodge a formal complaint with the legal authorites with necessary details. my redemption code is OOIUXGBU00

    I completely agree.I have called them 100 times but they are not ready to talk, once connected they told me that they recieve my documents but not updated not their website. This is all ###.I think we should go to consumer court all together.
    Also, i have wasted 1000 rs on phone calls and thousands of minutes of my precious time .

Also you have withdrawn Rs.990/- in the month of November against the cheque issued to you. We fail to understand how a reputed company having good name is taking so much time to send the free gift. Also no one responds on toll free as well as redemtion cell Nos. Its seems you are fooling the people by offering attractive gifts without sending the gift nor hearing / replying to our complain.     I have purchased a Compaq Presario laptop and there was a Kodak Digicam free. I sent a draft of Rs. 1299 to HP Redemption Cell. But I have not received any acknowledgment either from the company about the gift product since more than a month has elapsed. I think HP being a renowed brand should refrain from cheatting people.

    I have purchased the hp laptop dv6767 in july.And was liable for a free gift of a wifi receiver and a hp headset.Regarding the gift i was told to send a demand draft of Rs.500 to delhi within 16th July.Even after completing all the formalities today after 4 months i have not received any gift after receiving the confirmation mail too.
    I can understand that you are also individuals like us.But this has been a really long time now.please send my proposed gift as soon as possible.And dont make me to handle this legally.

    I have purchased dv-5-1102 tu laptop. And it was mentioned that i need to send a draft/cheque of Rs 990/- to solution integrated marketing services in order to get c1013 Kodak Digicam. I have sent it and within a month i got my camera.

    Hp or compaq sucks.
    even i've bought a laptop of compaq jst bcoz of wi-fi music reciever...bt now i got this company simply a fake company...
    so we should be proud to say..
    Hp is a fake company.
    we shouldn't trust on dis company.
    and if further dey'll bad action against dis den dey should remember i'm a college student so i'm not alone...& in 2day's world media is more den enough 4 dem...

    I totally agree with the complaints.

    I had bought a laptop Product sr [email protected] 2CC7502c2w with redemtion code PCY91OEN35.
    I had made the payment by cheque no. 199589 for Rs. 500 and have a receipt of acceptance duely acknowledged 0n 8/7/2008

    The gifts are yet to arrived.

    To follow up they have given a tel no. 011-[protected]. Believe me ! nobody picks it up.

    my self ravi pilania from haryana.i bought a notebook NC6400 from mumbai whose sr no. is-USH730011N and product no is -399279R-999.i deposited this to a HP service centre Microvolt system at hissar(haryana) on 26-09-2008 for repiring.they told me that we will repair this in with in a week a inform u soon.after one week when i didn't get their call i called them they told me that repairing is in progress so please wait for some more time.again and again i got this answer and now today when i called them they answered me that your warrenty period has been expired so we can not repair this.after that i mailed on hp website complaint against hp service centre and also caled to coustmer care also i got a call from hp service centre after my mail.no one solve out my problem that is a big company named hewlett packard(HP) is checking a expairy in 17 days.than in how many days they will repair my note book and who will fill up my loss of these 17 days.those i worked on a hire pc.plz if you can solve out this than call me on give no as fast as you can do.
