I signed up on the plan to get their printer and ink because they kept calling me to sign up. I have had it for one year. The pull out tray is very cheap and comes apart. For my business I now need a printer that has a rear feeder. They don’t have one. I told them I would buy a different printer and return this one. Sorry can’t do that. They want me to pay $379 if I want a different printer. RIDICULOUS! I also have met two people that they sent out a letter that they be sued if they broke the contract. I was intending to buy another HP. BUT NEVER AGAIN!
