I just bought a new HP 9128 printer to replace my HP 8028e that quit working. It did take me some time with the 8028e printer to get it working the way I needed it to work. Now the 9028 is so F%$#@ng hard to get to do what I need it to do. I cannot get it to do what I need it to do for me. There is to much BS to do just simple printing for homeowners. You put too much crap into it for simple printing and it is too difficult to understand or configure it to work for senior citizens. I have been using HP printers for a long time but now it is time to look for an easier printer for home use. This printer is NOT for home use. HP has gotten away from KISS "Keep It Simple Stupid". Returning this printer to store and look for a better printer.

Recommendation: Don't buy HP
