HP review: Do not buy

Expensive computer for so many faults. First one was stuck in a loop of updates and repairs because update did not work, then black screen. Second one did the same but only for two weeks. The input sound shuts off randomly. Makes it hard for a remote professor with zooms daily. My biggest complaint is the stiff, stiff keyboard and the mousepad which makes my work miserable in trying to review and edit papers. No matter how many adjustments, nothing will make this mousepad function as it should. This is probably my 10th computer and by far the worst for someone in a remote job that requires a functioning mousepad.
