I purchased a new printer from HP over the phone because the person told me that my old printer could not be repaired and that turned out to be a LIE. My grandson checked it out and all it needed was new ink cartridges. Now the new one is not working and was told today that my four-year extended warranty had expired five days ago and that I was out of luck. Then he tried to sell me another printer... AMAZING HOW THE WARRANTY EXPIRES AND THE COMPUTER EXPIRES A FEW DAYS LATER... I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT!

Recommendation: DON'T BUY HP PRINTERS...
