Bought a truck from this dealership with mechanical issues. They traded the truck back and now the second one has developed multiple issues. We bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from this dealership. We drove 2 hours to pick it up and the truck seemed fine when we test drove it. Three days after getting the truck back home, the transmission started messing up. We contacted the dealership and as I was demanding the truck to be traded back the sales manager told me that he could not give me the pay off on the truck because he was going to have to put a new transmission in it. I NEVER told him that we thought it was the transmission causing the problem. They ended up taking the truck back and trading it for a 2019 GMC AT4 and told us that they took $9000 off of it to make up for the other issue on the first truck. After the paperwork was signed on the the AT4, we received a call from the salesman that he was doing one final walk through before we picked the truck up and that the back up camera was not working and that they would have to order a whole new wiring harness for the camera system, but they would cover the cost because they didn't catch it. They had the truck for 10 days when we were told it would only take 2. The cameras worked great until 3 days later and after putting the tail gate down, they stopped working again. We left 3 messages with the service manager with no return call. Finally after a 4th call they told us that it was not their place to fix the cameras now because it was a different camera not working, even though they replaced a whole wiring harness. He said we could schedule a time to bring it back 2 hours again to have it looked at, but it would be out of our pocket. We have only made one payment on the truck and still have the camera issue, we just got it out of the shop having a serpentine belt replaced and now the truck still sounds like it is squealing when it first starts up. The truck is also leaning to the left which has worsened the longer we have drove it. I contacted the dealership and told them that this truck has had one problem after another and this is the second lemon that we have got from them and that it needs to be made right. I filled out a credit application and told them that we wanted a new truck. We were told that we were $12,000 in the negative and that there was no way they could do anything to help us. There is no way if they truly took $9000 off the truck that we should be that far in the negative. They screwed with the numbers to make it look like they were helping us out after the first screw up and here we are again with a truck that has been in the shop more than we have driven it. The sales Manager (Michael) is now ignoring our phone calls and giving us the run around. We are not asking for a hand out or free truck. We are only asking for them to buy the truck back for what we bought it for so that we can buy a new one that it reliable. I have demanded to speak with the owner or GM which has yet to call us back and Michael will not talk to either myself or my husband.
