status of my ring and confirmation of correct delivery address
I had expected to hear news by now about delivery of a ring I ordered and I've raised my concerns via 3 different messages as my delivery details seem to have an incorrect street name on the order details but correct information in my account. All I want is a response, confirmation of the correct delivery address and an estimated delivery date please!
cannot get a response in regards to the status of my ring
My process with this company actually started back in November 2015. I ordered a ring and all went well until I received it in January 2016. The ring was about 5 sizes too small ( could not even get it on my pinky finger) and the inscription was wrong. I contacted the company who requested I send back the ring to have it fixed. Then when I did not hear back I emailed and was finally told they had misplaced my ring and that because the size was such a huge difference an entire new ring would have to be made at my expense. I asked that I only pay half the cost which was accepted. This was in early 2017. Since then I have not had any replies to my emails or Facebook messages. The company even had a ruby of mine that I sent to have incorporated into my ring. So now I am out approximately 600$ and one small ruby. I even tried to call but the number was not in service. My next step is sending friends to their office address in England.

In Dec. of 2016 my husband purchased a gift certificate for me in the amount of $3000.00 from House of Salmi. I went round and round with Tomi Salmi about a ring that I wanted. Eventually I asked for a refund due to the fact that they were not able to produce what I wanted. Tomi stated that my husband, (the purchaser) needed to ask for the refund. My husband did so. No money, no product. If you do not agree with Tomi he blocks you and will not respond. Tomi has blocked me from communicating with him and has never returned my money. .

horse hair bracelet
I ordered a bracelet on October 18th and paid the deposit due. The hair was mailed the next day and I received confirmation of this. They approximated 6 weeks or so for the bracelet to be made. I was hopeful it would be ready in time for the holidays. I contacted them numerous times for an update and they did email back saying that is was taking longer than expected. I followed up with them over December and they then sent an invoice for the balance and posted a picture and description on Facebook of my bracelet. I paid the balance at that time through Paypal on January 18th. Since that time, I have inquired numerous times about the status of the bracelet and when I should expect to receive it, but to no avail. I have called them 3 times, sent 6 emails and still no reply. I am out my now deceased horses hair, which is irreplaceable . I have opened and dispute with Paypal and will also proceed with filing complaints with the Business Bureau. This company is very unprofessional, lacks communication and I would not trust them with something that you cannot afford to lose.

Tomi Salmi used to work with her but the cooperation was stopped because he was unreliable. He had admin rights to nannasalmi Facebook page, he changed the name and "startede" a ccompany using Nanna salmi´s name and considers himself as a designer. He is not. He has a partner, Bianca Petzow (Memmingen) who can be found in Facebook, perhaps you should try to contact her? The original collection can be found here: www.nannasalmi.com. In February of 2014 I ordered a custom ring to be made with the tail hair of my deceased horse. The required deposit was placed and the hair sent to Germany. It has now been almost 16 months and I have not yet received the ring. Communication from the company has been non-existent. Occasionally they will respond to a Facebook message, but email responses never happen. I was promised a "holder" ring until the model I ordered was made, but that also has failed to appear. When they have deigned to answer my inquiries, it is always "a couple more weeks". I can understand that bespoke jewelry can take a while, but the lack of communication and patent untruths are unacceptable. Now I am out the deposit money and the irreplaceable hair from my beloved horse.
