Customer service was terrible!!
I have ordered a dress from House of CB shop and when it arrived I found a big hole! I did not try it on.
I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They told they need some pictures to see I was telling the truth. I sent them a couple and they did not reply.
Then I emailed again and they said that they cannot accept the damaged item back. I said that I can repair that and was told that they also cannot accept the repaired items back.
They suggested me to keep the dress and did not provide any other options.
This was terrible! The most terrible support I have ever dealt with!

I returned a bodysuit for a refund that was in excellent condition and they are refusing to refund me because they say it is soiled. This is a lie. I want my refund.
Sorry to hear you are going through same thing. After I contacted them numerous times they eventually sent the bodysuit back to me and I sold it on eBay( not for as much as I paid for it ). I will never purchase from them again!
I am being refused a refund due to crotch stains on a bodysuit. This is a lie. I returned the bodysuit because I could not even try it on. It is way too small. They are lying in order to keep my money. There are other complaints like mine online where people complain about them not issuing their refunds. Please help.
Incredibly disgusting!!
I've ordered a dress from this company back in November and was very disappointed with the quality of the dress and it was in a bad condition. Seams were loose, the size of the dress was also incorrect. So I contacted House of CB customer care and they offered me a refund. I returned the dress and in late December received a message stating that they can't give me a refund and I was offered a replacement. Well, that seemed like a great deal and they also promised that I won't be disappointed. About a month ago I finally received my new dress and when I opened the package I was shocked because there was the same dress that I have returned! What a joke! And now they are ignoring me and don't reply to my messages!

I've ordered some boots from House of CB website and returned them just outside the window for a refund. They are refusing to even issue me a store credit and have returned the shoes back to me. I returned the shoes because they were too small. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous and stupid. I could have spent the store credit on something else. I'm so disappointed. Never again!
I purchased the Georgina trousers and top. I bought the suit for a wedding before the night even ended my friend had to get pins to turn up the bottom and the waist also. This suit has just gone so big on me i cannot wear it again. The suit stretched that much i dont even need to zip the trousers down as this just fall off me.
I bought the mara bandage dress, I only realised before trying it it had a small hole on the side.
I returned it for a refund 2 days later, they said I caused it, I didn't even tried, the quality is very bad.
I want my money back!

The length of the dress was wrong
I have ordered black maxi dress from www.houseofcb.com. It was the last time, when I have ordered from this company. The order arrived on time, but the dress wasn’t maxi. It was very short and didn’t look alike as on the website. I sent them pictures and asked to change the dress, but the seller avoided my complaints and hasn’t replied. Scam and the seller is very unprofessional.
