I booked a hotel for Friday March 22nd 2024, nowhere did I read non refundable, I attempted to cancel this reservation last week. Plenty of time for the hotel to rebook! I am being told I can't get my money back! When we initially called Hotels.com the employee was very helpful and said they would refund us within 72 hours. When we didn't see a refund we called and they basically said they changed their minds. I realize that $213.13 isn't much to a multi million dollar company but it is everything to me! My itinerary # is [protected]

I did receive a email that said you "advocate" for flexibility for your travelers. I do not feel as though you are not advocating on my behalf. The email also indicated the hotel may have "strict rules and restrictions about bookings". When speaking with the hotel, they said they are happy to cancel the booking but it is up to Hotels.com to refund me since I made the booking through them.

I will go to whatever means necessary to get a refund
