    If you take it to the store, they will exchange it for you without hassle.

    I agree. Most of the customer service representatives don't listen to what you are saying or what the problem is. They just keep saying the same, robotic things over and over, and in the end, I still got no satisfaction. I am having an ongoing problem with an order/return/exchange now for the last month. What a joke.
