Date of incident 4/1/23, 6pm. We opened the bag of Donettes and one donut was covered in some kind of chocolate cake? There were also chocolate cake peices in the bottom of the bag? They looked really gross? This is the first time it's happened. I took a few pics also. The serial # is [protected] 7 if that helps? You can reach me at [protected]@yahoo.com if needed. Please let me know what the remedy could be. Thank you so much in advance. I do not still have the receipt, but I bought 2 bags of the same kind from the Dollar General on Wednesday, March 28th. The bags expiration date is 5/12/2023. The first bag was fine. Thanks again.

Hi I just bought a box of strawberry cupcakes. My husband opened the package and seen one with something black in the cupcake. We don't know what it is but it looks like a strip of leather. We're parents of a 2 year old and we could've gave our child the cupcake without even really paying attention cause we eat hostess all the time. We love your snack cakes.

Where is your quality control? I bought a box and not one of them were so high they were supposed to be either the icing was missing or it was falling off very disappointing as expensive as your cupcakes have gotten you guys should do a better job and a ho hos have really went downhill too hollow on the inside crumbly on the outside. I will no longer be buying your products until I hear back from you on how you’re going to fix these problems. Thank you.

First let me start by saying I am very disappointed that I can't get Suzy Q's in my area. (Western Ma.) Second I'm a Ho Ho fan and lately they have been coming almost hollow in the middle and all the chocolate cracked and falling off. I think this happens because the middle isn't full and the cake crushes easily. I know you decreased size on all your products which isn't right but would put up with that if the product was in good shape and tasty! Come on you guy's can do better than what you have been producing! You may loose a loyal customer over this. Jeff

On march 20,23- I opened a case of coffee cakes ,cinnamon streusel that I perished at the Lewiston branch company . A couple days later I noticed that a couple of the cakes weren’t any good had a funny taste, an parsley hard around the edges. I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 35years an have enjoyed all of your products intill this one incidence . My name is natasha griffey an i bought on the 5th of march at food city in greeneville tn 37745. The entire box which contains 10 zingers everyone of them was opened when I bought the box. The wrappers of them was only half sealed. So I don't know why the only number on the box is L:K0105 24000 005 X 24:36. AN THE BARCODE IS [protected]. THANK YOU..

First off, congratulations on your products. I really do like them. I bought a box of Hostess HoHos, they absolutely do not look anything near what you are representing on the box. These are barely 3/4 inch high and not round at all. Yes, I do remember these wrapped in thin foil and actually looked like the picture on the box back in 1975 and they were phenomenal; and looked just like the picture on the box.Thank you. Laurie

I have not seen raspberry Zingers in Hermiston OR area for months to a year, finally found some at the local Safeway! I bought 2 boxes and upon opening them they look burnt and taste burnt. Total bummer since it is the best product Hostess offers! Best by April 28, lot # k [protected] 043 03 : 24 I ate a few but the burnt taste over powers the great taste of raspberry.

I purchased a box of Hostess Ice Vanilla zingers today on March 14th 2023 and half of them are rock hard like they dried out like the packaging got screwed up the box was fine not damaged at all the packaging was all fine but half of them were rock hard I purchased these at Machenthun's grocery store in Waconia Minnesota. I would include a picture, but you can't tell by looking at them. Thank you

I've had it with these donuts! Every package is different ranging from dried out, stale, mushy, smashed, no donut hole, etc. Good donuts are far and few between. It seems to me that all these donuts should be the same it the same recipe is being used for all donuts but that is not the case. I have thrown away many packages because they were inedible. Your price keeps going up but your quality keeps going down. Don't you have any quality control for your products? This is unacceptable!

Purchased Zingers from my local grocery store March 3, 2023 and per the box they are still within the "best by" date for freshness of March 15, 2023. The code under this is J123024000 364 23:40

They were stale to taste and far less coconut on them. Inconsistent coconut coverage on the Zingers within this box. I was very disappointed as these are my favorite Hostess snack cake going back to my childhood. It's sad when the quality of a product is sacrificed on such a recognized brand and this is not good for the Hostess name.

0N 03/07/2023 AT 9:33 AM AT The Dollar General 600 Rahut Streets Burlington NC 27217. I Brought a box of zingers. The Has The date of March 13 2023. The Box Is Mixed With old zingers. They're hard and nasty. The Chocolate on the top of some of them is smashed and the chocolate on top seems to be a very different color. Grand-daughter and found a that the chocolate was hard and very hard to bit. This has never happened before I love these zingers but this box was not good

I purchased a box of vanilla iced zingers at a Dollar General on Cottage Ave in Bloomington IL 61701 on Sunday March 5th 2023. They are very hard and just disgusting. This is the 3rd box of hostess cakes I have purchased from this particular DG that was so hard. I definitely will not be buying this product again. I have attached a picture of the codes and numbers on the box. They aren’t even outdated so not sure why they are so hard. Thank you

I purchased a box of the hostess snoballs from Ingels grocery store in granite fall nc and when I opened the box about half of the individual cakes were not sealed and they were hard and had to be thrown away ,they cost to much to buy and have to throw them away for people living on a fixed income it's not like we can just run out and buy more any time we want to. They are in date and the bar code is [protected] 3 these are my favorites but I would like to been able to eat them.

I buy a box of ding dongs at least once a week for a year now. I opened my new box to find these cakes were smaller than last week AND there was no cream in them. I bought them March 1 at a Tampa Walmart on Nebraska Ave. Best sell date 4/03/2023 # k [protected]:50. Bar code 8. [protected]. 1. I have enjoyed many of your cakes at least 55 years but the ding dongs fits my taste buds the most.

The complaint I have is the box of 10 had 4 extremely stale cakes in the box. They were so hard and gummy, I couldn’t believe it. The last one in the box is the worst. It very hard and the icing is a strange caramel color or beige. I will try to get a photo of it.

The box nor the cake have a production code or a best used by date. I’ve been a little nauseous but not too sick.

These were purchased at the Dollar Store in town.

Today at marathon in Louisville KY, I have been obsessed over these chocolate chip muffin sticks since they first came out. But here lately you can see a huge difference. Sometimes they are really light colored like they are undercooked, but they are very moist! Or like today when I bought them, they were really really dark colored brown like they are overcooked! They tasted overcooked, burnt tasting. Not moist at all And just a different overall taste, that was not very good. These are my favorite snack and as expensive as they are I would expect them to be delicious EVERYTIME.

Feb.27th 2023 i bought a box of hohos from publics, giving hostess a second chance after the last box i bought from publix was dry, i MEAN dry, needed a gallon of milk to wash it down, and again DRY, DRY, DRY, thats it Little debbies from now on . worst reputation is word of mouth, and im giving a ear full. VERY DISAPOINTED in Hostess. sell by date is 03/31/23. [protected]..27

I bought a box of zingers from Walmart in lompoc ca. When I opened the box the zingers looked old the chocolate was hard. This isn't the first time it's happened alot of times. The date it happened was 2/25/23. Says best if used by April 4th 2023. They didn't taste good at all. The barcode number is [protected]. I unfortunately don't have a receipt I accidentally threw it away of course I want expecting this to happen.

I bought this box of HoHOs because that is a main bedtime snack that my family has have had for the longest time now,and I'm not sure how or why but there is absolutely no filling in any one package of the snacks.im sure you could imagine my disappointment in this! I would hate to have to stop buying hostess products because this is an absolute disappointment and I'm truly hoping that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.we would greatly appreciate it.
