I bought a Chevy Silverado in July and AZ Central Credit Union financed it
I bought a Chevy Silverado in July and AZ Central Credit Union financed it. I paid it off in Nov 2007. I've called many times in the last 13 years about AZ Central taking off the lien that ADOT has listed on the title. AZ Central says they'll fix it, but they never do. For 13 years, AZ Central hasn't taken the ADOT lien off the title. I've called so many times, I can't even count. I can't sell the truck without the title. How can this be fixed? AZ Central Credit Union should be embarrassed. No one should bank with AZ Central - I now use Alaska USA Credit Union.

I applied for a car loan at Arizona Central Credit Union and got pre-approved. However, the Underwriter didn't process my loan within the 10-day payoff time. They kept asking for proof of income even though I had already provided it. I have two sources of income: 1. VA disability compensation, and I sent two certified letters showing the amount (one from before payments started and a current one). 2. My Army Reserve pay, which I proved with my Leave and Earnings statement and public pay tables available online. My LES paystubs also had all the necessary information to support my identification on the tables.

It was during the holidays and I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. I finally got through to AZCCU after waiting on hold for a long time. I got my insurance company to send the info but it didn't work. I had them send it again and I sent it myself. I called AZCCU again and waited on hold for half an hour. As of today, 1/3, the automated call center still says they don't have my insurance info. I'm on hold right now and have been the whole time I wrote this.
