Do not use them if you can. I got a loan with them through a dealership that had set everything up. 3 years later I go to refinance the vehicle with my bank and called HTB asking for the 14 day payoff amount and to Turn Off my auto payments as I don't have a login for HTB. They never turned off the auto pay and took the extra $700 that was already planned for another bill and grocery shopping. They told me if I emailed them at [protected]@htb and send s screen shot of the statement showing that they Took my money, they would electronically send it back. For some reason, they "couldn't" find Both of my emails that I sent, even with me giving them the date and time it was sent. Because of their laziness, lying and thievery, they decided to slow mail a check back to me with no tracking or anything.

Claimed loss: $643.08

Desired outcome: For HTB to go bankrupt
