HomeChoice — account department incompetent
the accounts department staff are rude and imcompetent,
they demand payments, double debit my account.
at the end of FEB i paid a total amount of ± R2130 as i was really upset with the call centre agent attitude.
They treat their staff like dirt
and when i gave them permission to take the last payment of R369.00 in April they conveniently didnt
i confimed the above via email.
now my balance is R454.94, such a rip off, they just do as they please and yet their managers dont have any decency to revert to me, Her name is Lee Ann Scheepers
i dont think Homechoice accounts dept know about customer service,
