Holiday Inn review: Early check-in hotel

My Apartment Manager is painting the bathtub in my Unit and I have a medical condition so she rented a room at Holiday Inn Express located at 1600 East First Street in Santa Ana with an early check in. When I called and spoke to the man at the front desk today [protected]) the man answering the phone said he had my reservation but is unwilling to allow early check in. I told him it had been prearranged by my Manager but he did not even check to see if that was the case.
