I signed up for a weight loss prescription service. Everything well in the beginning and a doctor checked in on how my progress was going in the first month. After that, I never received any check ins at all. My medications started to make me feel nauseous but I knew it was just for 5 months. After 5 months, my credit card was automatically charged for another 5 month subscription, without any warning. I wasn’t given a heads up to confirm that I still wanted the prescription. And even more concerning, a doctor didn’t even check in with me to see if my medication and dosage was even still working or if I had any adverse effects. When my card was charged, I attempted to cancel the upcoming service but there isn’t any contact information. I reached out via message within 30 minutes of being charged. My prescription wasn’t yet filled. A customer service rep got back to me several hours later and told me that since it was already being processed (yet still hadn’t been filled) I couldn’t cancel and recommended that I discard the medication when I receive it. When I pushed back to say that it hadn’t even been shipped, let alone filled, they did not care.
This practice is extremely concerning. Why would an additional 5 month prescription plan be authorized without communication with the patient and even doctor check-in. The company is very misleading and seems to only want money instead of actually caring about customer health.
Claimed loss: $353 for 5 months of service
Desired outcome: My credit card reimbursed for the full amount.

I got a medication from hers after my sister told me she did it. So I thought what the hell, I’ll try it. I ordered it. For a six month supplier cost $400. They took my credit card information and then sent me up on a auto refill when the auto refill came around, I tried to extend it because I did not have the money to pay for it because $400 is kind of a lot of money. I accidentally hit a button the one button that was to refill my prescription which I automatically email them or message them asking them not to refill it because they did not have $400 in my checking account to fill a prescription. They answered an hour later telling me that it was too late and that they were already going to charge me And too bad basically. However, I also cannot remove my credit card information from their website for future charges and I am set up on an automatic refill so I am concerned that this company is fraudulent and that they are taking peoples credit card information and just charging them on a six-month basis And not letting them remove their credit card information which is concerning
