I ordered a one year subscription of the GLP one for $1980 from January 1 till December 31. After I received my items and was using my GLP one about six months into it, I had met my weight loss goal and was talking to the doctors on weaning off my meds where I did not have to re-order. I turned off my auto subscription and locked my credit card. I did not want to cancel the service completely because I had a whole month of service left before my subscription was out in December. Come November they auto bill me $1980 for another year subscription which my first subscription had not expired yet I called them. The lady says oh yes I see where your auto ship had been turned off. I’m not quite for sure why we shipped anyway I will put in a request for your refund. She put in the request for my refund. They gave me $1000 back on my credit card. And told me that was all they can do. I called in a few days later and talked to them again and told them how displeased I was they gave me another hundred dollars off of my bill. So now I have a balance of $890 on my credit card for supplies that I did not order or can even use. I have contacted them multiple times they don’t wish to work with you. I’m very disappointed that they charged my credit card for a year subscription a month and a half before my subscription was even up if I would’ve canceled my subscription as soon as I thought that I would not need to use my meds anymore, I would lose all ability to interact with my doctors and talk to anybody of importance. I feel this is very shady way of doing business when you turn off auto ship and lock your credit card and they still have the ability to ship and charge your credit card for a subscription that you cannot use. I want the $890 back I feel is fraudulently charged to my credit card.
