Text2MD was very knowledgeable about how to treat COVID-19. They were also efficient in getting medication and supplements I needed right away. More importantly, they stayed in touch with me until I was well again. They made me feel secure and confident that they would do all they could to help my healing process. I highly recommend Text2MD to anyone who needs medical of any kind. This organization is truly outstanding and also convenient.

This service and the doctor I spoke to (Text2MD) was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns with me regarding my telehealth/text consultation. Within a few minutes of me sending in my issues, they had already called in prescriptions to my local pharmacy. The follow up emails were appreciated as well. Would like the option to do video call if desired, but overall a great experience. I highly recommend using this service.

Text2MD promptly responds to his messages. He went above and beyond and followed up with me in two different emails to see how I was doing! He provides patient-friendly paperwork to fill out. He is also thorough in the questions he asks about patient background and current concerns. He directly addressed each item of my concerns and he let me know he is accessible if any concerns get worse or if there is a new issue. I am fortunate to have found Text2MD!

Text2MD was phenomenal. I reached out on their site and answered all of the detailed questions. Within 2 hours, I received an email and detailed communication with a game plan. I was given the needed supplements and medicine and cant tell you how impressed I was. The next day, I received an email checking in on me and to see how I was feeling. They were also checking on my symptoms and ensuring I was taking all of my prescribed medicine/supplements. Very very good service. Highly recommend them.

Love the way Text2MD works. Its quick and private and convenient.I appreciate the direction I received from my Dr through Text2MD when I contracted COVID. Although I have a preexisting illness I was worried about the prescriptions I was prescribed.My Dr. texted that treatment matters. I also appreciated the additional protocol supplements I could purchase at a click of a button.Today I am doing better and my husband although on a different protocol, are doing great today.I would so recommend Text2MD.

After my husband and I came down with COVID, I contacted Text2MD. I was skeptical when I first reached out, but have been pleasantly surprised. His response was very quick, we were able to get the medications we needed, and received follow up emails to check our progress. What a comfort it was to have this option for treatment! We have referred many who were seeking help with early COVID treatment and COVID prevention, including my elderly parents who are benefitting from his ongoing care.

Text2md was a Godsend for us. I have NEVER had such complete information about what medicines we are being prescribed and why. Additionally all the supplements directions, even things such as oximeters, etc. I have told many of my friends about tex2md, they used their services, and recovered in a shorter time period. I'm exceedingly grateful for the services I received through Text2MD.com for Covid treatment. The doctor was quick to respond and within less than 4 hours of my initial contact, I had all the needed prescriptions in my hands. Another great surprise and aspect of the treatment was utilizing vitamins and supplements to enhance the prescriptions. That really impressed me AND the supplements made a definite improvement in treating me. I rate my services received as a 10 and would absolutely recommend them.They very well may have saved my life as my breathing was greatly impacted by this bug.

Text2MD was extremely helpful and concise with his consultation. He was able to reroute my prescription when it was found that WM would not fill it. In the process of doing this, he was able to ensure I received my prescription in a timely manner. His follow-up on my condition was awesome, and he actually accomplished more for me than my primary care provider. I wish he had an office near me so he could be my provider. I was very skeptical when I first initiated the teleconsult, but I am extremely happy and healthy I made the attempt. I wish I could contact him via email and convey to him my deep appreciation. Frontline Drs on Text to Text are AMAZING! I am so thankful to this organization! I have been blessed by being under the care of Dr John Smith. He is a fantastic and caring Doctor who uses the combination of intelligence, common sense and the golden rule! Unheard of in today's world! He and the staff have taken great care of me three times! They truly care about my health! He checks up with me while I am sick. I couldn't ask for better treatment! My only regret is that I did not know about them sooner! My only fear is that he would ever leave. I hope not, because I have a sense of relief knowing this top quality care is not reserved for only those who can afford a private doctor. He is much better! I was happy to have a quick consultation and to be quickly prescribed meds. But once they did that, I was dumped, abandoned, left on my own. I had a severe reaction to one of the meds, I since have learned I was overdosed, the doctor gave me double a normal Rx. When I tried to reach him or anyone in the service, I could not get a reply. I was left without any answers or information! It's been two weeks and they still haven't replied! I ended up having to go the hospital. They did nothing for me except make me sicker. Be very wary, especially if you're prescribed a bunch of meds you've never taken before. You will not get any help if you have a problem. They promise you get 3 questions to ask after your initial consult. Well that's bull because I couldn't even get one question answered. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!

Text2MD made this experience for me as good as it could possibly go! He listened intently. He took time with me to make sure that I was clear on what meds he was suggesting and the possible side effects. My husband reached out to him on another occasion for health issues. Text2MD was equally as kind and professional. I even told my sister about him and she loved him too! If I lived in the same town as Text2MD he would be my doctor! Text2MD and staff provided such a great service to me. I had been weary prior because I have not used a telehealth service before. Very easy screening questionnaires. To my surprise, the Doctor reviewed my case 3 hours later! I didnt have to wait for days therefore I was able to receive my medications at the optimal time for early treatment. In addition and as a bonusmy covid anxiety vanished as I knew that I had the tools and prescriptions to tackle the virus. I have very low baseline white blood count and I truly believe that this medical team shortened my illness and gave me a sense of peace in the process. Lastly, the team is accessible and always available to follow up with along the way. They checked in on me several times. God bless the medical professionals who shun the political narrative in this country in effort to help patients. While few and far between, they are angels! Interestingly, ivermectin is finally in the stages to be cleared for doctors affiliated with stifling hospital restrictions. Text2MD is on the right side of history. Thank you!
