2-19-26. I arrived & was greeted by Ben Korhnak after waiting in his view of the front desk for about 10 minutes, while he was fun chatting with an other worker. I was supposed to be listed as a guest in a friend's room. Her name is Cecilia Hall. She told me she had asked the hotel to let me in the room on arrival when she made the reservation. The front desk would not let me into the room. Mr. Korhnak was extremely uncooperative, completely lacking in any courteous way. I do have a Hilton Honors account, but I really feel, after this experience, that maybe
you are not the Wonderful Hotel chain I remember when I was travelling a great deal. This was my first business trip in my new job.
