I'm a Hilton honors member. Everytime my room is ready, I get a text saying such. For over a year I've been getting texts from Hilton about someone else's room being ready also. I've been told several times that the issue is resolved only to get another text that was not meant for me. I finally gave up on Hilton fixing the problem and have contacted the F.T.C. If Hilton can't be trusted to get phone numbers right, I worry about what other personal information they are getting crossed up.
Desired outcome: Stop getting texts meant for other customers (see attached photo... I'm not Dale)
