What happened to the days of 48-hour cancellations? I have a reservation that I no longer need and the "policy" for Hilton is to not cancel the room or cost because I didn't buy the room protection. The reservation is 2 months away so don't tell me you can't rebook that room especially with a big event happening in that town that weekend. Basically, Hilton is stealing my money. When you call the customer help line, they do not help with anything...oh you can rebook somewhere else for a $25 fee but at this time I don't need to go anywhere else. WTF!
