Double charge from Hilton Barrie in Ontario! I have been trying to get reimbursed for a double charge for months. The Hilton Barrie refuses to reimburse me. Hilton guest service doesnt answer my emails (waitinf for answers from guest service specialists: Shubhendra S. and Rahul S.), so I decided to call customer service. Just hang up from Stina (Hiltons customer service live agent) and she said there is nothing they can do, that I have to deal with the Hotel directly or with Booking.com (who dont answer either). The general manager Vanessa Peterssen was rude and condescending! Hilton NEVER AGAIN!
Recommendation: DO NOT STAY AT HILTON BARRIE ONTARIO! Or at any Hilton for that matter!
