Would not stay here again! The only reason I did was because another person I was working for was paying for it. When I arrived & tried to check in at the hotel, I was refused registration due to the fact that they had the wrong expiration date on their business credit card. Several phone calls from the desk agent & myself resulted in an hour wait to finally get into my room. This was even after I offered to give them my own card which I had to use anyway for incidentals and fix the issue later! FLATLY REFUSED. After a very long red eye exhausting flight, I was NOT happy. I also tried to give her my Hilton Honors ID number & was also rudely informed since someone else was paying for it, they refused to honor it? I asked to talk to the manager & she WAS... Big lie & later I did call the Hilton member desk, which they did add to my reservation for credit! The next day went down to their "buffet breakfast" which had the usual assortment. Very odd hot dishes and it all was pre made flash frozen thawed out with powdered eggs. Hard pass on those so cold cereal & fruit sufficed. I was informed that maid service was every 3 days, which is a result of the pandemic & cheap help. The 2nd day I called down for an early wake up call, which NEVER came & when I questioned it with the front desk, I just got a snarky attitude & told none was ever left. This made me late for my meetings & since the alarm clock also broken, it was zero help. On the 3rd day my room was finally cleaned & I had asked for the shampoo & lotion dispensers to be refilled since they & the Kleenex box were all empty. Only the shampoo was done, and they never replaced the used towels left obviously on the wet floor. Their rooms are little efficiency kitchenets & I had left dirty dishes in the sink which also were never touched. My last night I called the front desk for Kleenex & fresh towels, but again was rudely informed that she was the only one on duty & couldn't leave to do so, & if I wanted them I would have to come down & get them myself. Uh no- since I was already in my pajamas. There were 4-5 other properties in the Katy Mills area, so go past this one & I suggest trying one of those instead! As the owner of a major travel agency in Las Vegas, (hotel capitol of the world) they really need to step up & train their employees better!
Recommendation: don't bother!
