Purchased 3 intu blinds from Hillarys for my bifold doors in March 2022, and they were fitted in April 2022 at a cost of £960.00. In December 2025 one of the pull threads started to wear and snapped. Contacted Hillarys and they did a video call with an engineer who said they couldn't repair the blind and that I would have to purchase a new one. I'm not happy as had expected the blind to last a bit longer than a couple of years. My choices are either pay for and replace the one blind or go to another company and pay for replacement of 3 blinds that might be of better quality than the Hillarys ones.
