After booking we were given a date for fitting and nearer to the date i called to check it was still on schedule. I was told yes only to get a call a few days later to day no it was delayed. I was given another date and when i called to check on that i was told it was scheduled. That date is today and we called to get an ETA and we were told that the fitter hadnt checked his lock up so he left for the day and didnt take the shutters with him. Who does that!?
Claimed loss: £200 for having somebody at the property to be there for the fitting
Desired outcome: They should call me back today and stick to the original fitting date but they wont because they just dont care!
