The blinds were fitted by Hilarys just over 2 years ago, and the conservatory fascia had started drooping and warping.
We had our conservatory builder come over and he said that the blinds weren't installed properly as they never screwed into the actual conservatory (the metal part of the building), just through the plastic so they pushed against the metal and started sagging and warping, and the fascia had to get replaced.
Hilarys came out to re-fit the blinds once the fascia had been replaced, and I explicitly said to fit them properly, however they done the exact same thing, infact it was even worse than before as they started drooping straight away. This has been ongoing since June/July which is when I raised it with them, and haven't gotten any closer to a resolution.
Either Hilary's aren't installing them properly, or the blinds are simply not fit for purpose.
We're looking to get reimbursed for the replaced fascia, the second installation cost, and for the blinds themselves and they can take the blinds back
Claimed loss: £522 for the blinds£48 for the second installation£260 for the replacement fascia
Desired outcome: compensation for the above
