Spent a lot of money with two homes fitting blinds throughout. No problems until now.

Extremely poor service. Placed an order May 2026 for an electric awning. Still not fitted at the end of August. Three fitting dates set, cancelled. Last straw, received a text for a cancelled fitting today at 8.28am this morning, missing a part.
Cancelled, despite paying £600+ deposit. Lost trust, if they fit thinking likely to break down. Beware, not the company it used to be.

Recommendation: Don't Purchase - the business now not even 1 star!
