Highland Brands, LLC Charged credit card, did not ship product

The company charged my credit card the day I placed my order, but never sent the product. Email complaints were not answered, and both phone numbers listed on the website are not in service. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. Either this is a fake company, or they are out of business. Do not order through them!

Highland Brands, LLC Charged Credit Card Never Shipped Product

Ordered 2 Microwave Ovens (order # 72253). Company never shipped them but charged the Credit Card. Their Customer Service phone number is a answering machine. Had to cancel the credit card to get my $$ back. Company refused to return my $$, refused to return calls, and messeges.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!IT'S A SCAM! THEY TOOK MY MONEY THE SAME SECOND I DID THE ORDER AND NEVER CANCELED IT. ITS A RIP OFF! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. THEY WILL NEVER REPLY, NOR PICK UP THE PHONE

Like the above, I ordered a wine tote and could not get any kind of a response from the company. Sadly, I did not check customer reviews before placing my order. They are the worse company I have seen and assume I will never receive my order, which was to be a gift. Because I need it for a special occasion, I have reordered through Amazon. Don't ever order from Canning Pantry!

I made an order, but it took a paypal dispute to get my order. They took the money the same day I made the order, but I had to complain (via paypal because they don't answer phones and don't call you back) and wait almost a month for my order.
