HiFi review: delivery of tv and sd card bought online

My son bought Hisense 58 inch UHD SM TV 58A610 online at HiFi corporation on the 29 November 2019 and they deliver on the 12 December 2019 .they only deliver SD card without TV .my sister was at home she is the one who received the item and signed for it she said she asked about TV and the guy who deliver said is on the way until today we are still waiting. I went to HiFi at south gate mall and given a several number phone to call with my phone and I refused to use my phone because I have tried to call st home with no help u will hold until airtime finished. They call with the store phone but didn't get help, I decide to go to HiFi corp at eastgate thinking it was delivered from them only to find that is from head office but they tried to help by contacting people who works with that, they call me and said the respond from RTT delivery was we signed for both items .I do have footage of the guy who deliver holding a small brown box with one hand, I tried to upload the video but is not allowing me to add it in the place below
