The HiVac tech (the technician) called 25 minutes before the appointment to introduce himself and say he was en route to the house. Upon arrival, he checked the unit and located the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. I purchased my current Trane Variable Speed A/C system from HiVac six years ago. I highly recommend this HiVac company for all of your A/C needs.

I have had annual maintenance contracts with Hi-Vac for over 20 years - they are the absolute best! I just had another excellent service this week by Arnaldo. I purchased my current central air system from Hi-Vac 10 years ago. I can honestly say in over 20 years, I have never had anything but excellent, professional and very kind service from Hi-Vac Air Conditioning - I highly recommend them. Highly recommend HI-VAC Air Conditioning Service Ent. Recently had a new Trane system installed. Their salesman was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He instilled confidence in our purchase and the type of service we should expect. We found the same true of their installation and service men. Everyone that we have spoken with, including the office, has been respectful and courteous. But just as important, they meet their commitments and follow up to assure that we were satisfied.

I am very wary of AC companies however, my neighbor recommended HI-VAC Air Conditioning Service. I made an online appointment Wednesday night, got a callback Thursday morning, and a message was left. I returned the call a couple of hours later and an appointment was set for that day. I was also informed about the service charge prior to the appointment. I received a text with information about the appointment. John, the technician called and introduced himself, prior to arriving, to confirm that I would be home. He arrived and checked my AC system and made suggestions. I did not feel pressured to commit to anything. John performed 2 services and asked and answered any questions that I had. He was very pleasant and personable. He was of exemplary character. This was a great experience and I would recommend this company for your AC services.

I am so happy that I used Hi-Vac. The estimate was very fair (less than the other quotes that I got) and the Trane system that was installed is amazing. Very high efficiency, quiet, great for dehumidifying. The installation was excellent. The techs showed up on time, were neat and clean, and carefully explained the system operation at the end on the install. My neighbor had recommended Hi-Vac. I am glad I used them.

Hi-Vac is a customer oriented and highly professional air/conditioning service. Since Hi-Vac installed my a/c unit nine years ago, I have had very little need for maintenance outside routine cleaning and servicing. On those few occasions I have been very satisfied with the courtesy, service and the effort to explain the service being rendered and resolving any deficiencies. I have never felt that I was being coerced into unwanted services or products. I felt that they were there to help keep my a/c working efficiently and to keep me happy.

Before the coronavirus we were deciding to get high-efficiency air conditioning unit and to get some thing to clean the air. Well we did it in December and got a train that'll go into the garage and made specifically the air handler to not make mildew much better air handler than any other in the market for go in the garage specifically made for that. We got the i-wave air cleaner and it's the greatest thing that we ever did before the coronavirus this stuff will kill the virus is and all other stuff in the air you need to look at it and it's maintenance free I'll repeat that maintenance free let them explain this to you go to the website.Do it it's better than Lindstrom.
